No red flags or negative history, no debt except my primary residence, ample investment knowledge and available capital, etc., and find it frustrating to be blocked and be closed off to funds that I would 100% invest in.

I only bid on those because I can look at the title history in the docs section and know that they are required to give me a clear title as a condition of the auction sale.

PS - Just my 2 cents, but I would (if possible) convert to a Roth while tax rates are at the lowest in history. 

But this is new, so he couldn't count that due to lack of history.
