@Jeremy BernardYou should double check those numbers as your are already 34% in the hole if you take it out of your 401k.You need to have a 50% return just to get back to even.

This doesn't account for any interior unit renovation... this repair cost estimate should be doubled, if not tripled to account for the deferred maintenance.After Repair Value: $350,000 - Unfortunately this might not be too generous of an estimate. 4 story apartment buildings with no elevators are not very desirable.

The issue that popped up was the first few times you tried it was on your cell phone... and that was something we honestly didn't have in place... the ability to cancel when someone was logged into the account on a cell phone. 99% of the use of the Carrot platform is usually on a desktop so it was an oversight on our end to double check that.

I was certain that even adding a half bath onto the backside of the house will bring up the value a ton considering at full capacity, 4 people would have to share 1 bathroom, and adding a half bath will double the showering occupancy for the most part.
