@Kevin Janssen My initial plan was to completely forbid smoking in the building as well as a specified distance from outside the building (to prevent people from sticking their head out of the window or standing just outside their door) but I hadn't anticipated getting a property with tenants who've been allowed to smoke indoors for years. 

I usually don't add those numbers in, however I've not had to have work done at those distances before.

You need to hire a good GC and have a specific scope of work .Sounds like this will be your first rehab , and it being long distance , probably your last too .

If government is funneling so much to the compliant and the haves and have nots are distancing from each other, it’s only a while til unrest and change comes from the defiant.

We are open to burbs closer to the city, but we are trying to limit the distance to the West/Southwest burbs.

We are walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee, grocery, and more.
