Make sure to clearly outline good and bad outcomes - who pays for what if the project ends up losing money, how much he’s charging for his labor and his workers labor?

Hi all, I am a wholesaler in the Bloomington, IN area and through my direct mail and diving into the market here I have found a lot of buy and hold investors but have only come into contact with 1 or 2 house flippers.

We are starting to work on Tiny Homes as a project direction -- our program has several years of experience in construction and building quality homes and now I am trying to get to know the regulations and guidelines for Tiny Homes.Would love to connect with anyone else in this Tiny Home world to grown and learn!
