Anyway, they will probably suggest I create a 'parent' LLC in Wyoming and eventually put all other LLC's into this LLC for the best protection considering Wyoming has strong protections far greater than Connecticut which will help de-incentivize any lawyers from pursuing lawsuits.

Well the obvious answers are:1 - Change your plan (not your goals)2 - Next plan, don't include (as in depend on) the Stock Market.You chased a shiny object of distraction (SM), where your returns are based on decisions and future events impacted by those decisions (and don't blame the decision makers), that you have no control over.Just start smaller with REI and work your way up...in control.

Now, if there were some grey areas where you made a decision to write something off immediately as opposed to depreciate it, such as through the De Minimus Safe Harbor, or you chose Bonus Depreciation instead of choosing to depreciate it over its useful life, that's one thing.This is probably the sixth time in the last 2 weeks I've heard "my mortgage broker suggests I show income of $60,000 this year" or "my mortgage broker wants to know if you can move this from Schedule E to Schedule C" and any other number of complete bull-oney that makes me wonder what the heck these brokers think they are doing.

The property I am looking at is one bed one bath patio home located in class B neighborhood in northern Alabama. according to rentometer, the rent average about $850 monthly. the property tax is about $1100 annually, and HOA fee is $80/monthly that covers lawn and pest control, garbage, and pool access.
