I have lived in Charlotte for 14 years so I know school districts, the different areas, age of certain areas, you know the stuff you should know when you've lived somewhere for 10+ years.

Playing the social justice crap of roommate meetings to talk about stuff that doesn't matter makes me think this person is likely to try to play games.You might try to be helpful and do some searching for/with them, print out listings that are in the price range as what she is paying you, etc. 

People are buying up this stuff like no tomorrow.

Stuff like that will take you far. 

I called a plumber company - rotor rooter, the technician was able to get some stuffs out but not all, those stuff were a combination of tampons and wipes, while the tenants agreed to use the wipes instead of toilet paper his wife denied flushing tampons down the bathroom. 

That way it’s clear how much we can spend on stuff like groceries or date night.

There was a fairly well explained checklist for POF and the other stuff but not a lot of leeway on how anything is done.
