The demand has absolutely floored me.

You have to pay for the install separately.If it were my house, it would be on demand tankless unless you have teenagers.

In general agents don't like this, but there have been times when we have demanded that.One such example was where we put in a first day offer on a listing, it was all cash, but it was less than the listed price.

I was also trying to stand out because there were about 12 people at the showing trying to rent this place in an area where demand is high and inventory is low.

Some guy comes along, you have 600 buck rents, he has no job, but puts $7,200 in a demand deposit account, you as a signator to draft on the account, you secure the account with a UCC filing, are you suggesting you don't want to rent from him because he isn't working?

The adjacent district to all the cities historic districts are in demand because you don't have the red tape associated with building and or renovating.The six homes we are doing are all unique plans.

I feel I get a much greater appreciation gain, especially as the populations migrate back to urban environments the demand increases.  

I wonder if continuing demand for living in SF will continue to increase rents, causing the area to continue to gentrify and make Bay View on par with the Sunset one day?

That said, I keep in good contact with my neighbors in Austin so if they want to sell hopefully I'll be one of the first to know because the rental market in Austin is much more in demand. 

Huge demand for nice houses/areas.
