One thing if you agreed based on the situation but you not knowing about it and only being 3 months….I would at least ask them for justification for why they deserve that after 3 months, and them making this decision unilaterally.

My feedback would be get a few rentals under your belt then make your decision, assuming we're talking about rentals, leverage, insurance and umbrella policy should check most of the boxes you're looking for.

The surveys have to be presented first at the required Neighbohood meeting on the Rezoning, then to the Planning & Zoning Departments, and finally to the County Commissioners, who have the final decision on whether to allow the rezoning from duplex to fourplex on the pre-existing fourplex's.
