However, generally there is about a month or two lag with DSCR Loans between what is being quoted today and what is funding today due to deal cycle, and while there has been a ton of volatility recently, newer quoted rates are dropping and I'd expect our average to be a bit lower by the time July is through and for August - probably in the low sevens range

By that I mean issues arise that may not necessarily be your fault and when they do and a claim arises, the LLC not you personally will be listed as the defendant (unless you are dealing with a scummy attorney which is extremely rare regardless of what those using scare tactics to sell expensive asset protection systems may tell you).

You might also ask the title agent you're dealing with if they would be willing to issue an endorsement to the policy changing the name of the Insured to your LLC and if so, what would it cost.
