The MLS notifications go out at 8am every morning, so anyone with daily updates hasn't even received the listing yet. 

I enjoy reading, especially about things I am passionate about and help me grow not just in the business but in every aspect of my daily life.

The upside to these restrictive laws is that if you can manage to make it work you get a higher average daily rate because the inventory is low.

My tenant get almost daily deliveries from Amazon and Whole Foods, and delivery services ring my front door bell constantly.
