I've had inspectors point out obvious problems but miss bigger problems.

Or has he seen the property already and is having an inspection by a RE inspector?

I had no real background in construction (I was a business and comp. sci major with a concentration in econ.) and didn't really know which end of the hammer was useful.

It is in the Tampa Florida Area and there are no fix up as it is new construction.
