I learned a lot by everyone's insight--it confirms my thoughts that there MUST be a reason why I wouldn't want to...and I found out there are actually a lot of reasons. 

I would confirm with the City.  

They have no books, tapes or systems they are pushing, your membership just gets you access to some free education and top notch paid cert. programs as well as TAA leases and bluemoon lease software. 

I confirmed it's zoned RSA5 and found the zoning documents online.

You should also have esstopal letters for each tenant to confirm all details of rental amount, date rent paid, special considerations, DD and/or LMR deposits.The primary issue you should discuss with inherited tenants is that rent in full must always be paid on time.

You can always call a realtor once you have a good idea of a specific property and have them confirm the comps for you. 

Basically if I just drove my list 1-30 it might be 14 hours and 290 miles, but if the software optimizes it so I take the most efficient route it can be reduced to 4 hours and say 100 miles but still hitting all 30 stops.As for the paying in Euros, the cost on the routeXL site is in Euros, not dollars, so I quoted the Euro price.
