Fiberglass is going to cost 100-300 more, but the door I'm replacing is probably close to 50 years old, so for that length of time, a little more on the cost isn't the end of the world.

Account Closed The lawsuit I mentioned would be to quiet title — whether based upon the unrecorded POA, fraud, error, mistake, adverse possession, and/or anything else a local attorney could come up with that might be successful.

Some brokerages use unlicensed assistants to answer the phones (which, at least in NJ, means all they can do is take a message if somebody is calling about a property), but then there is a fee applied to all agents to basically cover that expense.Definitely look closely at what is your bottom line yearly amount of fees/dues.
