They say that a landlord may not charge a late fee unless the resident is more than 10 days late on their rent. 

I actually prefer to leave them as the titled owner because there are no property taxes as government entities cannot be charged taxes.

Of that $22.25 is the basic charge.

You will lose rent, you will probably incur additional charges for the eviction, and you'll likely incur losses due to cleaning and repairs.

Putting your tenant in charge of managing your business is a interesting approach.

They should provide these things free of charge, but it never hurts to get your own independent reports.

I know “C” class buildings are older and charge less rent but I was thinking maybe to renovate it and put it up to date more modern.
