You can find forums online of people who have used it for bed bugs.Be careful not to stir it up too much and breathe it in as it is a very fine powder (nothing particularly less safe than any other dust that you breathe in, but just wanted to throw that out there).

Too much economic and job growth and relatively low inventory to keep up with said growth.Just keep up with your local/state government and what they're doing to attract and/or keep jobs, whether companies are moving in or leaving, the average inventory on the market in the areas you invest, and also the average DOM for the properties that have sold.

All that being said, sounds like you have a good amount of interest in this property, so you shouldn't be obligated to hold your breath for these folks. 

EPDM is long lasting, easy to install but comes in Black and white option only whereas GAF self-adhesive Modified Bitumen option has more elegant and attractive way as it comes in different colours. in terms of durability i would prefer EPDM method.
