Hard to beat this states beauty!

The beauty of this is you get to tap both wells...holding and flipping, but instead of flipping to move forward, you are just tapping into our equity. 

Would it be aesthetically pleasing for me to live in? 

I am by nature, extremely nurturing, and loving this abused and long neglected old lady back to her former humble but perfect beauty is gratifying beyond words.

None of the other yards are pristine, beautifully maintained show pieces either.

A future in which I can show my beautiful two year old daughter the value of hard work, all the while being adequately able to provide for her.I live in northern Virginia (DC suburbs), but have always had the mindset of working nationwide.

If their reply does not include the word "marketing", I will go out on a limb and suggest that it probably is not a very good deal.My point is this, and @Aaron Mazzrillo sums it up beautifully on his podcast (37): to be a quality wholesaler, you need to acquire a higher level knowledge (via education and experience) of marketing, negotiation, appraisal, rehab estimates, RE contracts, and local real estate law & customs.
