., I’m a big fan of https://enodoinc.com/ they have a free financial model for download and they can help automate parts of the process by turning pdf statements into useable data. 

Enjoyed the deck, reminded me to download a few books that I was missing.

Read the reviews about online auctions and you will see.Most people don't know that you can download an Excel spread sheet from auction.com that shows every property that will be at an auction. 

You can download historical rental prices, property appreciation/depreciation, etc. in .csv format from a different major property searching site for free.I essentially scripted the finding of my current condo, and hope to adopt a similar strategy to finding deals on rentals.  

I would also recommend downloading the 10bii smartphone app.  

I downloaded the landlord-tenant complaint here: http://www.pacourts.us/assets/files/setting-901/fi...but there were a few sections I was unsure as how to fill out.

Also, it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the guessing and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.
