I have a foreign rental property that's been in service since 2013.

While rewarding and the pay is great, everytime I see my paycheck and the taxes come out, I ask myself, there's got to be another way to make enough to achieve financial independance. 

I list my rentals on Zillow, and I have an agent profile on there, but I dont use any of their other services. 

Make sure it explicitly explains the process for termination if you are unhappy with their services, but especially if they violate the terms of your agreement.3.

It makes me go crazy because I want to offer excellent service, but then having to outsource and worse, wait an extra day or more because the guy I called is booked.Has anyone else gone through similar feels?

Services that you 'can't shop for' are a rip off.

You can even get investor loans on 1-4 unit properties that do not factor in your income, only the debt service coverage on the property you are acquiring.

Is the partner acting as a Contractor, and needs a 1099 for this service?
