There is no shortage of local meetups.

I've been blessed enough to use the skills I've acquired over the years to pull myself out of the cycle of madness that I witnessed trapping the young men I grew up with.

@Al Williamson continues to work very hard to grow his business and teach others how to do the same, and a big part of Martin's profits go to the team that he has so skillfully outsourced his business to. 

A single sheet of 3/4" plywood and a skill saw could replace any severally damaged ones in an hour. 

That's why I am convinced that the supply shortage of housing will not be reduced anytime soon.

But...honestly, I wouldnt bother to go through the learning curve of laws, leases, notifications,  handy skills, etc unless I was going to do this at scale / full time.    

We lack new construction, the housing shortage will continue and prices are bound to go up, probably double in the next 10 years.

There's still a huge shortage of housing/materials/labor/etc and will be for the foreseeable future.

A good General would be fantastic but we have a massive shortage in that dept here, which new company was created to fill.

I do not have a construction, repair, nor any handyman skills.
