Hi Gary, I was in your shoes a couple of years ago, changing careers from hospitality to real estate.

You have to put your self in their shoes.

It can mean extra storage where the water heater used to be.

It is like an attic where you can make it nice and use it for storage or for kids to play.

I want to have storage units built in the basement of one of my buildings to generate extra income.

I also have a rental house just finishing rehab out in the burbs I'm trying to get my great tenants to move into, ha- I could also put them up in my self-storage facility during transition.  

Asians all know how much each other makes, what their net worths are, how much the inheritance was, how much you paid for your car, house, shoes, etc.
