I purchased the property after reading Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing, and with what I learned, planned to purchase 1 property per year for 7 years to develop a solid stream of passive income.

Then I could step in if sh*t hits the fan, but otherwise would be hands off.Does anyone know what an offshore virtual assistant would cost for this per month?

Based on what I've read, written notice has to be provided 48 hours in advance? 

I know it is profitable, Were you able to get any additional information on this?

I want to know if this type of business qualifies as a “real estate professional” status.
