Terry, Unfortunately getting a home back into your name isn't as easy as going to the DMV and having them print a new title in your name.

Since you said you can't fly out there anytime soon, I would recommend pulling up a large printed out map, and scheduling a call with @James WachobMy personal experience: I flew out there, and he and his team drove me around the city for basically an entire day. 

The savings from these plans are significant, but be sure to read the fine print.

Time when to buy (buy at discount and then rehab) and when to sell (after 8th year) is important, this is the most advantage that we can do that other type of investment can't do (like office or multifamily syndication) although it's the greatest and easiest way to print money from nothing.If you buy with 95% LTV then wait til it develop to 70%LV before selling.if you want cash flow and appreciation, just buy house with adu/basement from day one, the more broken the better it is lol

I don't print pictures.

Which is in essence a machine that you can put the envelopes through and it prints postage on the envelope.

You can run projections but those are as good as the paper they are printed on. 

The following is what I am under impression is a must on blue prints:  1. 

(it’s the photo) and doesn’t match the end table. .put a larger photo/ canvas print instead of that small one.

Submit to planning/building (make sure PE has wet stamp) then use prints to shop for contractors to execute.
