Also, no garbage disposal - always causing service calls and you can install if you ever decide to sell (which is one more reason not to do an undermount since the disposal will be easier to install - something always does not fit right, and I hate plumbing).Best Regards,donko

According the New Mexico State Bar a landlord must:Supply running water, a reasonable amount of hot water and reasonable heat in the dwelling unit at all times.I assume that means making sure the plumbing, hot water, and heater are in working order and not that a landlord must pay gas and water, right?
