You should do a bit on analysis on the workings and point of any marketing system you use.Example.. your question: How many times does one call...Well to asnwer this not based on mere opinion, but on logic, commonsense, data, numbers and evidence...How would you react if a Prok BBQ place called you when you don't eat meat, to try to get you to try their latest special called "Baby pig ripped from the mother, slaughtered infront of the mother and served on a juicy bun"?

That being said, this could be a gold mine for travel nurses.

A couple of my buddies are renting out their spare bed and bath to traveling professionals (i.e. nurses/doctors) aka medium rental.

A B- area may attract more factory workers or contractors and nurses while a B+ area may include younger professionals (who may later move to an A area) or  middle-management types. 

I rent my guest room in my current house to traveling professionals, and I'm on several Facebook groups, and the (travelling nurses, etc.) report this scam regularly.I will say that anyone who things that they are getting a great bargain on CL, beware.
