In joint tenancy,  all owners have equal and undivided interests in the property, and when one owner dies, their share automatically passes to the surviving owner(s) under the right of survivorship.

By losing its leaves (going dormant) the tree can more easily survive changes in the climate.A deciduous tree’s leaves are large and wide, which enable them to catch a significant amount of light.
