They actually passed an ordinance in the neighboring town stating not to sign a lease that starts more than 6 months in advance- when I was in school there we signed a lease my freshman year in September that started that August.  

I am eager to begin building wealth, and I do not want to wait two more years after graduation to begin my hands on real estate education.

Having both vacant on the same weekend I thought would never happen again (in the Great Recession they were converted to LTR in the school year and STR only in the summer due to vacancy issues with the STRs). 

I recently graduated with my MBA, and have commercial real estate experience from working with a Forbes top 100 company.

Hello Everyone, I am currently a graduate school student and am looking to learn about real estate investing.

Why the conflicting schools of thought, and what's your take on it?  

Always heavy movement for work/schools/ time off.Cons:   It could be the zombie apocalypse by then, and the undead are notoriously bad for not getting pre-approval letters for their offers.  

Account Closed in Ohio, all schools closed, bars, restaurants are limited to carry out and delivery. 

I'm feeling a bit relieved my recent attempt at a deal went south, because this makes it feel like really bad timing.At this point no one knows how long this is going to last, but places are already shutting down, going out of business, and schools are being closed the rest of the year.
