Depending on what it is you did in Israel pertaining to the type of real estate transactions you can probably carry over most of the fundamental knowledge, however, many of the technical elects are vastly different form Israel.

Also, I see there is much debate as to whether funds need to be 'wet' or whether 1 set of funds can be used for both transactions.

It generally means that you are going to have to come out-of-pocket in order to complete your 1031 Exchange transaction. 

If you have enough built-in profit, you may be able to pay a referral fee to another wholesaler ( if the wholesaler brings a cash buyer that closes the transaction.)

Is there any advice you guys have and any title companies that would be ideal to work with to make the transaction as smooth as possible? 

This ended up actually moving the house and bowing the center cross beam in the basement.

Would be looking to transact in the 200-400k range.  

Is there any way to get around all of the extra fees and restrictions and paperwork to make this a smooth transaction.
