The gun range if you are renting doesn't want cheap crap ammo running through their guns and messing them up.This is why they require you buy their ammo. You can always try to see which ammo they require and buy that brand before you go in.The smaller ammo is cheaper BUT will also NOT stop an attacker unless you hit vital points whereas a larger caliber bullet will do more damage even if you don't have a direct hit to a vital target. So there are tradeoffs. If you don't practice with a gun and use it frequently it is a waste of time buying one. Most avenues you aren't allowed to carry so need to know how to use your body for defense FIRST before going to external weapons.I would get him some knife training as well as that is more prevelant than guns.

You are correct that insurance will always be you first line of defense, but it shouldn't be your only line of defense.

In my defense, this was an earlier (and dumber) purchase.Certain homes work for rentals but large, former primary residences generally do not.

As a coach, when I was deciding whether to send or hold a runner rounding third base, I was aggressive. if the defense had to make a perfect play to throw the runner out, I would make them make the perfect play, as I was a finance major and I knew statistically I had a better chance of them screwing something up and my guy scoring than I did them making the perfect play.

QM loans have a presumption that the borrower has the ability to repay and thus it is difficult for them to use that as a defense to foreclosure.

So if your building has less than 12 occupants, say, you might have a defensible case that this is conforming to 4-plex guidelines.I've seen a bunch of converted buildings that are operating as 5-plexes, but are legally 4-plexes.
