I'm chez, and I've been lurking on BiggerPockets for a while now, soaking up all the incredible knowledge here.

The marketing isnt that important in my opinion but the professional photo/ video is a huge game changer and I dont believe that someone is going to make much profit at .5% on the listing side.

I’m sure they aren’t advisable on larger projects but depending on the project size and complexity, they worked great for me. ~$650 for the study.
