I would love to adopt children, and even pastor a church for free in the future.So there's some of my story and goals in life.

Hi all, I wanted to get some specific advice as I am planning for my sons (and future children's) future, and am trying to decide on what type of account to open for my son to start investingI originally was drawn to opening a custodial account (UTMA) so I could have more flexibility in the investments I make through the account, as well as allowing him to use the money for whatever he wants without penalty.

Under fair housing laws, you can't discriminate by # of children, so anyone who's doing that is acting immorally and possibly illegally. 

Are the schools able to accommodate a new subdivision of children?  

We have two children, one 14 and one 7 months. 

Do we not understand that not all kids have parents who can afford to save for their children's education.

I’d rather have easy going retirees living on pensions with lower rents, than unmarried couples with children and pets and friends etc paying more money per month.

Most people (families) tend to move in the summer if they have children.

I bought in the best school district in the state, so it is an investment in my children’s education and overall well-being, not just money in my pocket
