I have my "regular" local bank lender here, we have done previous cash-out refinances, construction loans, 85% LTV investment loans, you name it.However, when I went to speak to my lender about this deal, they weren't keen on the idea of me having no "skin in the game."

The only way to get into the game in my area is to find something the numbers work on and quickly jump in.

Im fairly new to the investing game, and wanted to get your thoughts on something.

I have no idea what their game is, but I'd be very worried.
