Anyway, I'm trying to fill out the application for rent relief and am being told that I can't submit an application if my tenant will not fill out the application with me. 

From my understanding the most applicable two rules are 1) you have to have less than $150K AGI or 2) you have to be a real estate professional For rule 2) - will I be qualify if I take the test and get my realtor license?

I also really need to get a property of my own so I can start storing my own equipment for my business (I run a pressure washing/gutter cleaning/christmas lights business on the side in addition to my 9-5). 

I am thinking to register a physical address in UPS and use that for future mortgage applications and title registration.
