Does anyone have experience with purchasing quads that they would like to share?

A couple of ideas we've been brainstorming:Postcards shaped differently, maybe in the shape of a houseBig text offering to make a $1 donation to charity for calling our number just to let us know who their current management company isHandwritten lettersPlease share any innovative ideas you may have to grab owner's attention for mailers or ways that have been successful for you in the past. 

With your Lease Option deals can you share some verbiage, tips, or ideas on how you present the idea to the seller.

Think of this from two perspectives...Are you an aspiring Realtor (read that as working in a bull pen, getting to share a farm area, and working at a "big box" Brokerage)?

Get my own place have a steady income etc...Can anyone with experience in either field share comments?

If you want to 10x yourself, thing bigger and more creatively....and consider hiring a coach in the area of your focus (see links - first one is from my coach on ways to get into MF investing; the second is an interview I did to share ideas on how I got involved and accelerated my experience, learning and income).
