Hi FriendsIt’s worth buying SFH investment properties in Roseville , Sacramento or other Sacramento suburban cities.

The home I helped him purchase 6 years ago is roughly worth ~240k and he owes ~130k. 

Is the mountain/city view home worth the exchange of area of PV?

There’s was enough data provided for someone to determine if it’s worth the cost of further due diligence.

If you can't pay cash for the panels and the system (most people don't realize you need more than just the panels) it is rarely worth getting them because, as you found out, the loan amount costs are just too high.

I’ve seen vague listing descriptions where either the listing agent didn’t verify that fact or they were purposefully misleading by marketing those STRs as if the permit could be transferred to a new buyer.I certainly wish they could because it would help increase value of my home being able to sell the permit with it when I was ready to trade up.Hope this helps Andre!
