I made sure not to check off the ones that were virtually staged, that's a separate topic. 

They'll also take professional pictures and make a virtual tour video. 

Also looking for some virtual meet-ups for that area.

I think that BiggerPockets should return the map on the events page and I think it would be helpful if they could list meetups by state and by date and whether it is an in-person, virtual, or both so that it is easier to navigate meetups and join virtual meetups if you are in a different state?

Also, it would be great to have meetups that are virtual displayed differently.

I am trying to figure out how you truly identify a market where there is potential for homes to be wholesaled virtually (what are some key points to look at?)
