We provide the tenant with an estimate of the costs to paint to their chosen colour (work must be done by one of our regular trades/subs) and the cost to return the room to our standard colour when they move out.

I know there is a legitimate side to it, pretty rare to see it but it's out there.I'd never recommend somebody trade in their real estate broker's license to become a wholesaler.
