I even had a cash deal close 3 days late.I am suppose to close on Friday on a new primary residence, but I am already prepared for the call that we are closing next week instead.Does anyone else feel my frustration on closing late?

Sometimes they've knocked on my door or caught me while I was in our shared backyard, but even this was never at an inappropriate time (ie 1AM) or bothersome.Of course, I suppose there is always the risk of an annoying tenant.

It's a little more expensive than grout (plus sealant), but in the long run, the lack of needing to seal and reseal makes it more economical, supposedly.
