Hows it going Investors, today I stumbled on a instagram live video on the biggerpockets account and i was wondering where can i find out the schedule or at least when the next one will be ?

Below is always an interesting question I like to ask my investors when getting to know their criteria and what motives them to purchase there next project: "Which local areas of the Denver Metro would suite themselves best for their strategy and why?"

They're living in temporary executive suites which are less than a mile from the apartment.  

No Owner occupied residences with a rental suit, for example.

If you are running your business model through the LLC that is an entirely different story and likely a question better suited for your CPA to maximize tax benefits.  

@Jonathon Nila - Consider that some larger single family houses with a rentable, lockable in law suite or ADU may not be listed on MLS as two family, so search for those keywords on Zillow and/or have your agent search single family descriptions for those words.

The problem is that the defect may or may not be covered by the deed warranties and if it is not then the title company may elect to defend you against the suit your LLC filed against you. 

Never thought an in-law suite would be this big of a deal.I checked out your website btw.

Have you thought about adding a garage with a mother-in-law (MIL) suite above it?

Our plan is to turn the lower level into a master suite by expanding the half bath there into a full bath.
