LLCs can be formed for under $500.00 Too many of our students show up after spending all there money.

Hi everyone,I am a college student and I want to buy my first property to house hack for next year.  

Being a student with a gig job might make it difficult to qualify for a home without a cosigner. 

I’ve talked to a few of my friends and most of them said that they’d be perfectly happy paying about $1000-1100 a month but most of them are college students/recent grads.

That student debt will only hold you back from your real estate investing goals.

Currently on my 2nd flip as a college student and just went through the home inspection.

Right now we are about 4 months out from finishing some student loan payments.

I mostly rent to college students so an area they can hang out would be great but also don’t want anything that they can easily break - like moveable patio furniture.I was thinking about more solidified updates like built-in wooden benches around the fence.

In some cases, room by room rent (or a 'per person' rent) can be more lucrative like renting to college students for example, than a 'whole house' rent.
