My advice is to stick to investing in true vacation rental markets like Gatlinburg, Panama City Beach, Big Bear, and several others to ensure the smallest chance of anti-STR regulations being imposed in the future.

I think students bear most of the responsibility for picking a degree that works for their budget.However, state schools can do a much better job of providing a low cost, quality education.
