In Phoenix it was still 106 degrees shortly before midnight on the day that was 116 degrees. 

Long story short that good will came back to bite me.

I figured I would check here to see if anyone has experience with renting to tenants who need a short term rental (their homes were burned) and are using Housing Headquarters.  

With expenses + capex + property management, a mortgage equal to rent will simply never cashflow in the short term. 

In short they talk the talk but dont walk the walk.

Long story short: the VA appraisal came in $40,000 less than agreed upon purchase price.

The deals we are finding are the ones where are able to add value through rehab, management, adding pet rents, garage rental, creative income sources such as vending, internet, short term rentals, etc. 

When researching target rental rates, I assume this is pre-tax and would need to confirm the comps are advertising Long-term leases or pre-tax Short-term leases/M2M?

All amounted to $2,300 so she claims I was short.

I went to Denver's Short-Term Rental Advisory Committee meeting and thought I'd share this update on the Airbnb ordinance, enforcement efforts, and -- maybe most importantly -- the stirrings of some efforts to further restrict short-term rentals in Denver in the future.
