Then go to search court records, then click case search, then choose to search by case type, click civil case, click mortgage foreclosure, select a date range and it will give me a list of all foreclosures filed within the time period.

@Kayla Marek  In my opinion, tenant selection decisions such as this become much easier if you have established minimum rental criteria for your applicants set up in advance.
