Does anyone know if it's possible to clear your rental history on Zillow?

We do want to get the appropriate permit but I am thinking that will take a lot more time and additional expenses to have it all in order and we need to be able to refinance it since we are purchasing cash (we are having a hard time with a lender which we initially wanted to do a rental 30 year loan, but not sure if there will denied due to this non permitted alterations to the house). 

We currently have rental properties that are mortgages in our name.I am a real estate professional, so we utilize the properties' depreciation to offset my spouse's W-2 income.

I'm curious about how you analyze and wholesale properties that make sense for rentals.

The rental market is strong too, especially in Midtown and East Memphis, with low vacancy rates and a 5% rise in rental prices.

I started with a duplex in 2020 and now have a solid rental portfolio with my partner.

I received several renewal/non-renewal notices on rental properties in Cypress in the last few weeks.

Is there a lot of demand for short term or middle term rental?
