I wanted to find one in the outskirts or neighboring towns of Grand Rapids Michigan!

We also don't have any breed or weight restrictions, but we have a pretty tight "pet policy" that outlines exactly what is expected and what is not permitted. 

Then follow up rapidly on maintenance requests to keep them.

For example if your business requires an automobile, certain weight classes of vehicles may qualify for up to 100% bonus depreciation.

Having been in San Diego my entire life I am perplexed by the rapid growth over the last year.

I happily rent in my desired neighborhood in Los Angeles and mix sound for TV and film, so for now at least to start I'm looking to invest out of state in Oakland County, MI and someday Grand Rapids.  

ANY loan can be paid off rapidly if you throw enough money at it, I could buy a house with a credit card at 20% interest and have the house paid for in under a year if I made 100k monthly payments towards that house. 

I think most here would encourage you to hold onto your rapidly appreciating properties you already own.
