For those concerned about capitalization to get deals if we crash again: NOW is the time to be building relationships with private money. 

Someone found me on Bigger Pockets saying they are a private lender.

Besides meeting potential private investors that may be able to handle the funding side of things, its likely a good opportunity to network and get further exposure for your construction business.

Private lenders offer short-term loans that allows you to do this.
