what's wrong with this picture?

Owner: No, it's in really good shape, there are pictures on zillow if you want to check them out.

In other words; it was worth every cent and "Paid for itself"If you have a profile picture and more than 2 posts, thats cool.  

Try posting the picture and I will be happy to look at it and see what I think. 

IMO you need to learn how to run ALL the numbers ... no, I'm not saying you need to depend solely on market appreciation, but yes I am saying that if all you look at is day one cash flow, then you are not seeing the total picture.

As soon as I saw the picture you posted I remembered reading it.

I don't think I have pictures of the sliding glass door before this tenant moved in.

Pictures don't even give you a great representation, however it is how I base my initial review off.

I wish I was able to post a picture to give a better idea but yes my tenants would either have to park in the driveway or on the street if not in the parking lot.

I recently reviewed an MU proposal that included detailed pictures (overview from different angles, sample interior shots),  info on building's roof, boiler and possible repair costs, analysis of cash and projected costs, evaluation of site and immediate neighborhood, potential, cost effective ways to improve the property.
