Has anyone set up a vending machine in one of their buildings?

It was one of those situations where someone really needed a lifeline—the seller was facing foreclosure and had just 30 days before his house went to auction.

Get the cheap ones from Walmart or Lowes.    

@Kevin Hausfeld   Nothing would prevent you from building another home on it, assuming there are no zoning/building restrictions for 2 homes on one lot, but you couldn’t get a loan for it.

I am open to just selling one as well, the person I was going with backed out but it would be a shared room if only 1 ticket was sold.

They pay rent through the day of termination, plus a penalty equal to one month of rent.

It's called something else that I can't recall at the moment, but they'll know and be able to guide you in the right direction.Since there is a large amount of equity in the rental home, just be sure that your new HOI policy has good coverage and possibly think about an Umbrella Policy or additional insurance coverage to "protect you" vs. trying to reinvent the wheel and forming an LLC just for the one property.SD
