I got a quote for two guys to work for eight hours (all their own gear) for $450 ... that was on a two story brick house, almost entirely square.That's just for a clean, if you want them to power wash it to strip paint, or to remove years of grime and gross, it would certainly cost more.

It is in a good location, but is a little ugly and needs some paint. 

They are in fairly good shape but could use a paint job.

The kitchen will involve painting cabinets, replacing counter tops, replacing the sink (same location), laying new flooring, and replacing the appliances. 

It can actually be done fairly quick, Install 1,2 ,3 patch up and paint drywall, easy.

They have a good selection of upholstered & wood furniture also, which can be dressed up with new slipcovers, paint, etc. 

Anyone who says it is too much or too low in any given area can say that with any location.I am currently in Austin, Texas and had to retrieve bids for interior paint (all walls and ceilings - Eggshell - Three bedrooms, stairway @ 2 flights, gym, two bathrooms, closets, etc @ roughly 1,200 square feet and over 300 square feet of new cove base throughout apartment was needed.I received five random bids ranging from $2,600 to $5,500 - Guess what?

Is it feasible to just paint the stairs?  

There is a mobile home that I am going to look at and have know clue as to how to buy or what to look for. would like to rent it out. it is old - so I will need to replace the furance paint carpet ect. 

Plumbing, electrical, foundation, paint in and out, and resell owner finance.
