It's sort of a "chicken or the egg" in that it's hard to convince a broker they should come to you first if you don't have a relationship yet but you'd be surprised how a free lunch or free coffee can get you closer to their inner circle.

I think meeting for coffee or lunch would be cool.

Find out who the bigger players are in your market and see if you can take them for coffee, drinks, or dinner.

Perhaps we can meet up for coffee sometime.
