You will have a chance of selling it.He states that mortgage servicers around the country had discontinued foreclosing on millions of delinquent properties (non-agency securitized mortgages) and that millions of people are basically "squatting" and living for free.Can you imagine how frustrated and foolish you'd feel if you took his advice 7 yrs ago?

No acceptance or denial.15+ foreclosure sale dates postponed.Have requested accounting for 4+ yrs - they can't provide anything prior to 2011 (which is also circumspect)5/18/17 - demanded detailed accounting 2007 - present through servicer and their foreclosure attorney.

I know nothing about Lady Bird Deed of Trust.Sorry can't help you there.But I know a tad about Medicaid.They have a look back period to determine if the patient had assets prior to applying for Medicaid.It use to be 3 yrs. but was changed to 5 yrs I believe.If you put Mom in a facility you will have to spend down the assets on her care to around $2K.Then she may be eligible for Medicaid.You really need to talk to an Elder Law Attorney to get the facts as they relate to your situation.Good luck

So better to acquire fast, acquire hard, and leverage into places you yoursef would consider living if you absolutely had to.Worse case, you let someone else pay the mortgages over the next 20-30 yrs.

talked to them... the collection that appears on both reports is medical for their kid, so that's why it appears on both.one is a fitness center, she tried to cancel, but they did not let her. i know that's true because i had the same issue with them 15 yrs ago.then they had insurance bills not routed correctly, so the ins company thought they are not paying them on purpose..everything checked out, so they might be the ones.oh, i am getting 2 yrs out of the deal, so my realtor did well. she is a little "spacy", but finds good people..
